    Very professional and well organized. I received a call back within the hour of contacting Tracks. and was able to schedule a visit for the next day. Work was able to start immediately to install a one way exit door and racoon proof my house. A few days later after confirming the racoon had left the racoon exit door was removed and the permanent repairs and racoon proofing was completed. Prior to each visit I got a quick notification phone call prior to arrival. The work was thorough and completed to my satisfaction. I am confident that my racoon problem is solved. Shane knows what he is doing, and he kept me informed of the progress of his work and his schedule. I would confidently recommend Tracks to properly solve wildlife problems.

    When we discovered a skunk problem under our deck, we contacted a couple of wildlife control companies. Shane at Tracks was highly rated online and we discovered it was for a good reason. Shane came to take a look, assessed the situation, and provided an estimate that was significantly better than the competition. Shane dug a trench around the perimeter of the deck and installed heavy gauge galvanized screen -- a material much better than chicken wire. He also installed a one-way door in case any critters were left under the deck that needed to make an exit. The job was done in a day, and he didn't leave before checking in with us and letting us know about the work he did. His worksite was clean and tidy after he left -- in even better shape than before. He also called a few days later and returned to double-check his work and remove the one-way door. Before, during, and after the job, we appreciated the communication. I wouldn't call anyone else for my next wildlife issue.

    As a first-time homeowner, I was overwhelmed dealing with mice coming into the basement and kitchen of my 100+ year-old home* ***** of Tracks Wildlife was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained the difficulties associated with the age of my property and provided me with realistic options. I opted for bait boxes and 'mouse-proofing'. Both services were thorough and I feel that I recieved good value for my money. The best part, no more mice in my kitchen! My mother also used his services for mouse prevention and she is very pleased. I strongly recommen* ***** and Tracks Wildlife for anyone dealing with mice issues.

    I would highly recommend Shane of Tracks Wildlife. He is professional, courteous, and skilled at his work. He responded quickly to our call, and dealt with our concern promptly. We had a nest of small birds in a fan vent, and he removed and re-homed them close by so that they could continue to grow until they were ready to leave the nest. I appreciated his care and humane approach to preserving the birds and their home. He also installed a new vent and shield, not just in the problem area, but in another area as well. I will be recommending Shane to others and he will be my first call the next time I need assistance with any type of wildlife control.

    I had a problem with something chewing in the attic during the night, Called several places to get help but no one could come for more than a week. My daughter called Tracks Wildlife and talked to James and within 20 minutes Sean was here to help me. He solved the problem and he set bait traps to catch the mice. Now I will be able to get some sleep, Thanks for the quick service.
