    During my visit, I intended to ship out a single car key ~4 hours away. I said I wanted the cheapest method available. From here, I was told it would cost ~$6.56 while he was already packaging up the key.After the item was packaged, I was passed the terminal from his female colleague to which it said $70+. I mentioned how I think they put the number in wrong, but they exclaimed that they were correct. At this point in time I explained that I didn't wish to send a single key ~4 hours away for $70 and that I would like to cancel the shipment.The man told me I'm unable to cancel despite having not paid at this time due to the label already being printed.I said I wasn't going to pay, and that I wished to cancel. At this point, I was left waiting for 10+ min while they handled other customers (I sat quietly in the available chair). After resuming conversation, the man became visibly and audibly angered stating how I wasted his time and that I should pay him $1 for the bag. I said no, that I'm not paying for a bag due to no service being rendered and that my time was wasted too. Eventually, he cut the bag open and provided my key back to me.At this time, I informed the key owner on my drive home and she called the store. The female colleague answered the phone and wouldn't let the key owner talk to the manager. After the manager called her back, he began yelling at and threatening the key owner which left the key owner feeling harassed and emotionally unwell. I find this behaviour to be extremely concerning and warrants review from the Ontario ***************************
