  Thank you Deanna & Mike, it was a pleasure for us to work for you and on your beautiful home. The new 6” eavestrough installation will be able to properly handle the water draining from the roof area and the large size downspouts will efficiently drain the water to the ground level. We added an additional downspout in a new location as relief to the two existing downspouts at the back of the building which will greatly assist the water in draining quickly to the ground level. The new construction ****** leaf guard gutter protection that we installed will also prevent leaf buildup and debris from clogging the eavestrough and downspout system while at the same time strengthens the eavestrough sections and will prevent snow and ice buildup. We thank you for your business and for being so kind and accommodating to our team while we were working on site! We look forward to working with you again in the future on any other exterior renovation requirements that you may have!

  Mike responded quickly, had the best quote, and he and his team were very fast starting on a late afternoon and working overtime to finish the job. They cleaned up nicely as well. I would definitely recommend Only Eavestroughs.

  **** and his team replaced my Eavestroughs on a sunny day this past February. From first contact to completion was seamless. **** is an excellent communicator, prompt, oversees his quality team and personally ensured that I was happy with completed job. **** is now completing maintenance to my older brick patio. It has been a challenge due to weather, ants and loose brick causing problems but once again **** has found solutions to ensure wonderful results. Thank You.   I glanced at the reviews below which are very positive and I am in agreement. Mike responded quickly, came immediately and very soon after provided a quote that was professional and clear. Communication by email and phone was done with efficiency and even bad weather was handled well and the work completed as scheduled at the price quoted. The installation team arrived punctually and the members of it were also very professional and polite and the old eaves were removed and the new ones installed and the site cleared. As a contractor Mike appears to have the same goals as the customer and that is to complete the job as efficiently as possible and as agreed upon. I will certainly be using this company again.

  I was getting water into my basement and Mike came out to asses the issue and found that the fascia board had become disconnected and was rotten, causing the eves to sag and allow water behind it. He replaced the fascia board and secured it to the roof also tapped the fascia board with aluminum and put up a new section of eavestrough which solved all my water issues. I highly recommend them to anyone getting work done was done quick and at a great price.

  I first hired Only Eavestroughs to replace my eavestroughs and then hired them a second time after my siding was damaged and needed to be repaired quickly. In both instances, the job was completed quickly and efficiently, and the quality of work was outstanding! Mike and his team are knowledgeable and trustworthy, and they truly do go above and beyond. After having a series of very negative customer service experiences with several other businesses, Mike has restored my confidence that there are honest and trustworthy professionals out there who run their businesses with integrity.   Mike is wonderful! Spring 2022, Only Evetrough did a fantastic job with installing my new Evetroughs with Gutter Guard. Recently, a small section of the Gutter Guard came loose. Mike came and secured the it. I'm not a ladder girl so Mike kindly cleaned out another section which was clogged with maple keys. This is a wonderful company and I highly recommend them.
