Adult Clients: Lesson packages, clinics and/or seasonal memberships are non-refundable unless notice is given one full week in advance of the first regularly scheduled session.
Administration Fee: All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are transferable but not refundable.
Cancellation & Credit: Notice of cancellation for a session must be made 48 hours in advance to retain credit for alternate booking date agreed to by both parties. (exceptions can be made in special cases)
Weather: Cancellations due to inclement weather will receive credit for alternate booking date(s) agreed to by both parties.
Duration: Unused lessons may be carried over into the next season, however, they may be subject to fee increases (range balls; green fees, cart fees, program fees).
Booking: It is highly recommended to pre-book all lessons/clinic & practice sessions, otherwise it is incumbent on the client to contact golflondon.ca to book random/irregular lessons or sessions
Junior Golf Programs: Full refunds will be provided for any class or program cancelled by golflondon.ca.
Junior Cancellations: In cases where clients cancel a junior program with a minimum of two weeks’ notice, a refund will be provided, less a $50 administration fee. If a cancellation is received with less than two weeks’ notice, a 50% refund will be provided, less $50 administration fee. In cases with less than 7 days’ notice of the first day of the program, fees are forfeited. (Credit(s) may be offered in special cases at the discretion of golflondon.ca).
General Adult Sessions: Full refunds will be provided for any package or program cancelled by golflondon.ca.
