    I read a review of a customer who mention getting an older model car oil guarded at the London south location. After the service he claimed to have major parts failure and was told that having an older already partially rusted vehicle, should not have been sprayed. I had a similar experience with an old car there. That was my first question to them when I brought it in. I am not suggesting that this is all factual, I’m just wondering if it’s possible that this is a bad idea and maybe people do some homework prior to bringing older cars in. Obviously the under qualified staff aren’t going to have all the answers or care for that matter. I just had 2 vehicles done at the London south location. They over-sprayed all over my interior and I don’t mean a little bit, lots of photos. Than I was kicked off the property and given the finger when I complained. Yes I was heated and used profanity but only after the employee did not take the situation serious and become rude with me. Beware! I will not return and for sure spread the word.
