    I am currently leasing a vehicle from them, they took money from my account they shouldn't have resulting in a NSF fee with my bank was told by ******* that my account would be ************************ the 48 on my next payment , this was in September 2024 I've yet to get my credit I've emailed, called and texted ******* with no response. Very unprofessional

    co signed for a car from these guys for my daughter. They leased her a Nissan Sentra. The transmission went at around 115 000 km. She brought it back, they didn't fix it, and told her to pay for it.
    There was $6000 owing on it. They were willing to get her into another car, and add this "debt" to the new car total. (new car also also known for transmission issues) They stopped taking payments from her account, then put a $16000 debt against my wife's credit rating for co signing on a lemon car that they stopped talking payment for.
    They even got their car back,and there was only 6 grand owed when they stopped taking the payments.
    Majority of the cars on their lot are problematic lemons due to issues like cvt transmission, and other stuff **** ****** ** ********. So beware, dont buy a lemon from them. The only thing they have that's good is a legal team. *** ***** **** ******* They spell it ezee because it's not easy. **** ********* ** ***** ** ******** ****** *** ********** ***** ******* ** * **** ** ****** ***** ** ***** *** ******* ******* ** ****** ****** ****** ** *** ***** ***** ** **** ** ** ****** ******* They will not fix your credit, **** *** ********** Beware!

    We were surprised and disappointed to see this review posted, especially when written by someone not actually involved and we question why you are even able to post it. The review is inaccurate and contains many unfounded allegations pertaining to both the vehicles that we sell and our business practices. As you may know, the vehicle in question was leased with approximately 42,000 kms on it. During the course of 26 months, the vehicle was driven over 62,000 kms. As is standard, maintenance and repairs are the lessee’s responsibility, no different than a purchaser is responsible for the vehicle when financed by a bank. When the vehicle experienced mechanical issues, our records indicate that rather than repairing the vehicle and carrying on with the lease as required, the lessee decided to default and rejected all of our proposed solutions to rectify the situation.
    We report accurately to Equifax. This includes good payment history and accounts paid off. We have many success stories where customers have dramatically improved their credit rating. We also report defaults, as in this case. Any impact on the person’s credit is based entirely on their behaviour, not our reporting. We did have discussions regarding trying to resolve the outstanding deficiency, but this was also rejected which then led to legal action. The result of the legal action is reported to the credit bureau by the court system. We then indicated that we were still willing to negotiate a settlement, but these efforts were again rejected, and the lessee became non-responsive. Then this review was placed. We are still open to resolving this matter amicably and request that the lessee contact our office directly to discuss an actual resolution, *** *** **** ** ******* **** ******** *********

    I had missed November's payment because I am going through a really tough time and they emailed me saying that partial payment was needed to have the vehicle the enabled again, I have someone who paid more than the partial payment and the vehicle is still not enabled. I tried discussing returning the vehicle and they said that they would go after my cosigner and she doesn't have much money either so I decided to continue with some help from my son and his friend and we are not getting anywhere with anything. I was also told that they would see what they can do to lower my payments, I haven't heard anything about that since and it's been almost a week.

    We regret the events that transpired as a clerical error occurred and the GPS device in your vehicle was not set to operable again after a payment was posted to your account. We were surprised, however, that you opted to post this review rather than simply contacting us as we could have rectified the matter much sooner.
    With respect to your other concerns, although we indicated that we could look into lowering your lease payments, we did not finish this discussion with you as the call was disconnected and we tried calling you back twice but received a busy signal both times. We require additional information to submit any lease extension proposals and we needed to speak with you in order to obtain this information. We are still prepared to review your request and encourage you to contact our office.
    When we did discuss what would happen if you elected to default on your lease agreement, we were merely advising you that your co-lessee would be still liable for their obligations under the lease.
