    Thank your for your reply the product in question did scan through our Pos system at the correct price that you had purchased the product for. The product was repriced at the correct price to match the bar code on the product our cash register system Garry's garden gallery Management team

    Ive been buying pool supplies (clothing, plants, too) from Garreys for years. I recently paid $100.00 for pool pucks. When I opened the bucket , there was no scent. The odor is usually overpowering and I need to step back. The outside of the bucket was also very faded. I placed 3 pucks in the floater and several hours later there was zero evidence of chlorine in the pool. I placed 3 more in the floater and the next morning the tester didnt register any chlorine just a very very slight yellow colour. My husband took it back and all they would do is give us another bucket of the same pucks that had bright colouring on the outside. When I opened the new bucket, the vapour almost knocked me off my feet. We will not be shopping at Garreys again. We also bought a test kit for the pool and the ph bottle had leaked and was dried up and useless. I threw it out but kept the chlorine bottle.

    Hi *****, we are sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your service at *****'s. The bucket of chlorine pucks that your husband brought in was in the old packaging and was faded from being in the window but the product was fine. The pucks are in sealed packages inside the bucket but your husband said they didn't work so he was given a replacement bucket that had the new packaging on it but is the same product. He thanked us and left. We didn't know that there was a problem. He didn't mention anything about a test kit or we would have dealt with that issue as well. We are not sure why you are so upset because you said the first product wasn't working so we replaced it and thought the problem was solved.
