    I called for a quote and was yelled at on the phone. ******************* is agressive and unprofessional. Would not recommend calling. Also has a business under Ottawa concrete polishing.

    We are very sorry that you feel that way.  We strive to maintain good and respectful working relationships with our clients and associates.

    When you called our company I answered the phone willing to listen and give feedback on your DIY "polished" concrete floor.  You explained some of the problems on your floor and I answered your questions willingly and gave you some solutions to remedy it based on my professional experience.

    I tried to be sympathetic with you knowing that you may be a little frustrated with your project and needed some help.  Concrete polishing can sometimes be tricky and can take years of experience to know what to do in certain situations or what tools to use for specific areas.  Unfortunately, much of this cannot be learned through a book or a video online.  It comes with years of experience.  

    You did ask if we would help you to fix the work on **************** and based on our discussion and the work that would need to be done we declined doing any work for you.

    We are very sorry that we cannot further help you with ****************.  We hope that the information and industry tips we gave you will help you to complete your project successfully
