    Company did great work. Installers were top notch. Product is top quality. However, I was initially quoted an amount and it was implied that removal of old counter top and plumbing would be included in the same bill. Was surprised to pay one bill and then receive another bill in the mail with a separate charge for the plumbing and removal. Almost a month later! It would show more appreciation for the customer if owner disclosed this very important information beforehand.

    Hi Jorge, I apologize for this misunderstanding. I would be willing to reimburse you half of the removal/plumbing bill. But we never include that in our price nor do we imply that it is included because we have a 3rd party that takes care of these jobs.
