    Roman was on-site this past Friday to clean my staircase, upper level 4 bdrms and a loveseat couch.
    There were no excessive stains : mess, just some area with spilled juice and a smell due to high traffic on the staircase.
    He was in and out within an hour, which I thought was quick; and left the area quite wet - after it started to dry up, all stain spots reappeared and the next day, the staircase smell was even more apparent then before.
    When I called him, he said he never had an issue like this before, and basically left it at that this is normal and they are clean and nothing he can do to help.
    I paid him via EMT, asked for a refund because I would much rather not have him back due to his ********** and his demeanour.
