      I would give 0 stars but there is no option. I went in for an oil change and was talked into a $500 battery replacement. A day or so later my car sputters and has odd spurts of gas for no reason. The car totally stopped in a parking lot. Called the ***** they sent a tech who could find no reason for the car not starting despite the brand new battery. A lovely person in the parking lot stopped to help and he noticed the battery had not even been connected properly. He got my car running. I contacted the company about this potentially dangerous and totally incompetent service on many levels, and their response was to offer a 15% discount on my next oil change. Also contacted head office and received absolutely no response.
