      This company has the worst service I have ever experienced. I feel like I have an $8000 piece of scrap metal in my living room. My fireplace did not work all winter. It is working now but who knows for how long. Most of their service people are completely inept and when you call they don't call you back. My fireplace has not worked well from day one, and they even tried to charge me for service when it's brand new.

      Regarding online service Your service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life Phone call after phone call for weeks and {NO REPLY} what a way to do business.Quick to take your money but no service.........I AM NOT FINISHED WITH YOU YET
