    This company sets up confusing rental terms and then when inevitably the customer makes a mistake that is documented to be common to happen when such terms are in place, the customer is punished by large penalty fees, by being locked out from their possessions.First of all, the gate will let you in ten minutes before the inconvenient closing time, and with no warnings that a $100 penalty fee will be charged when you attempt to leave the facility a few minutes late. It is bound to happen because all the doors of all the un its I have rented are all difficult to close and lock up. I paid $100 penalty for leaving 4 minutes late because I spent 10 minutes trying to close and lock the unit... i ended up leaving it unlocked actually to adhere to the random closing time that is earlier than any other service or store that i know of in modern times.

However, as with all self-storage sites, we use a standard customer agreement. At the time you come in to rent a locker, we walk you through the agreement and make sure you are aware of all rights and responsibilities. While we do enforce set hours as a safety and security policy; upon reviewing your account, you were never charged any late access fees and we believe this review was written in error.
