I had a terrible experience with this company. I had hired them to install windows in my house and horse barn/arena. They required a 50% deposit up front which I reluctantly provided. When the time came to install windows in the house, they could never find a crew. I ended up having my framers install the windows, as Champagne could not provide the service. I was assured by **** that credit for their inability to install would be applied to the barn windows installation. They installed half of the windows in the barn, all of which needed to be removed and re-installed by the windows as they were done improperly. Given their performance to that point, I elected to have my builders install the remaining windows in the arena. I requested a refund and Champagne refused, despite the fact that they were unable to install the house windows and what they did on part of the barn was terrible. They insisted that their "best crew" had completed the barn windows and hence the cost had increased from their quote. I am out thousands on deposits for work they never completed.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Champagne Installations. Initially contracted by ********** to install my doors and windows, Champagne was scheduled to complete the work by October 2023. However, they repeatedly postponed the installation, and by May 2024, they had only managed to install a handful of windows before abruptly ceasing their work. This significant delay led ********** to terminate their contract with Champagne Installations due to similar issues reported by other customers. ********** then assigned ******* to complete the job. ******* has been more reliable, but they had to reorder materials that Champagne had incorrectly ordered.Overall, the prolonged and inefficient service from Champagne Installations caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.
