  We recently had our basement finished by Signature Servage Contracting, and we are very impressed with the level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail exhibited throughout the project.After the initial consultation, we were provided with a detailed quote that helped us to understand the scope of work, and the cost associated with them. The project was started and finished on time. They worked on only one project at a time, so unlike some other contractors we had in the past, we never had to wonder whether they would show up or not. Their communication was transparent and responsive. They took the time to update us every day, so we were informed about the progress and any potential issue constantly throughout the project. Whenever we had concerns, they were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. Most importantly, the craftsmanship is beyond excellent. The finishing and the materials selection dont just meet but surpassed our expectations. Every corner of the basement is finished beautifully. It is obvious that they take immense pride in their work.We had an unrelated water leak happened during the project, and the owner was very helpful and helped to diagnose the problem without us having to ask, even it was completely outside of the scope of the project.We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of ********************. We highly recommend them, and we wont hesitant to have them come back to work on our other renovation projects.

  We contacted *** to have our bathrooms updated in our new home. From the beginning he was very professional, down to earth and insightful. He provided us with several options and the costs associated with them. He followed up throughout the process of choosing our fixtures and tiles. Kept us up to date with his time line on other projects he was working on so we knew what to expect and when to expect him. He was able to work around our schedule with a new born, which was very appreciated. His work was quick and meticulous. He even stayed during an ice storm when the power went out and discovered our back up sump pump was having issues, he diagnosed it and fixed it up for us. We are over the top pleased with his work, dedication, information and professionalism. An outstanding gentleman, hard to find someone of that quality these days.

  We are very happy with the work that Signature Servage did for us. The quality of the work is outstanding, but that's only part of it.From the first meeting, there was no pressure, it was very friendly but also professional. When we reached an agreement to get the work done, the Scope Of Work document was extremely clear (which protects both us and the contractor). Milestones were always met, communication (via SMS or e-mails) was always clear and questions were answered quickly. If we were to hire a contractor to do any other work in the house, he's the first person we would call. His attention to detail and meticulous work style is easy to notice. 10/10, highly recommend!

  I have had a lot of bad experiences over the years with contractors, and I was very nervous to take on our expensive bathroom renovation. I asked the local groups who they would recommend and Signature came up a number of times. I had *** come to the house to talk about the bathroom ****, and right away i felt comfortable with his attitude, professionalism and skillset. He assured me that he was well aware of what was required to quote and complete the job. Let me tell you, he did not disappoint. *** was on time every day. stayed late to complete milestones and overall was an amazing person to work with. I will be hiring *** for future renovations and you should too. Thank you so much *** for the fantastic work and attention to details!

  Signature Servage not only met our expectations, they exceeded them. Our main bath went from a rundown room to the feature room in our house. From the very beginning they were organized and excellent communicators. They provided clear direction on our responsibilities as the client and what they were looking after as the contractor. This made our experience of understanding what *************., we needed to provided very easy. They provided excellent industry contacts for us to purchase quality fixtures and get the expert advice we needed to guide us in our choices. They were on schedule, on budget and extremely professional throughout. Every detail mattered to them like it was their own home. For the short time they took to complete our project, it almost felt like they became a part of our family, even chatting with our kids from time to time. We would highly recommend Signature Servage Contracting for your next home renovation project or contractor needs. We have already booked them in for our master bathroom renovation next!

  *** Servage is an extremely diligent, skilled, creative craftsperson. His work is meticulous and efficient. Recently I asked *** to build an accessible shower room, for the design that I had drawn up. We are in our 80s and wish to remain in our own home. I wanted it to be an easy clean, minimalist/modern design, totally tiled and drained; and it has turned out perfectly. His precision and dedication to the design principles are evident to anyone, looking at the finished product. I enjoyed choosing the tiles, rainshower, and accessories; and ***** expertise made ideas become a reality.
