    My husband ordered these Smartpodz for my ******** ****** Pop machine ** * ********* ****. I/we had several issues....1) arrived a month late, came with no user manual/instructions. 2) came with 3 bar code stickers that said "40, 80, 150" (2 of each sticker) without instructions for what the stickers meant (the podz themselves have a laser bar code on them). Called customer service-no answer, no message center-unable to leave VM. emailed twice for information (and asked for a return/refund at that time) before I got a response/explanation, but still no manual/instructions sent and ignored the fact that I inquired about returning them for a refund. Had to watch ******* videos to get info on Podz 3) Podz did not work, machine wouldn't read the laser bar codes. Again contacted customer service. 4) Got nothing but the run around from customer service....try this, try that etc. sent videos of issues and still do this, do that. Problem never was resolved. 5) asked for a refund several times, was told by customer service that they had a 14 day return policy. I reminded her that the gift was late, had been in contact several times with them, I informed her that this was unacceptable and I was writing a review. Amazingly enough, her response was that they would make an exception, advised me to send them back, sent me the address, and upon return, ** ******* would receive a refund back to *** credit card...This was in March. 6) they did not send me a return label...I had to send back and pay for return, cost almost $30 dollars-item was going to Canada (which involves customs paperwork). They were mailed on March 7, 2025. Verified that product was received on March 17, 2025. To date, we have not received the refund. Have contacted customer service twice and was told they would look into it. No response/no refund...Finally reported the issue to our credit card ** * ********** *********** ******** ******* *** ** *** ***** ******* ** * ***** ***** *** ***** *******

    ******* was helpful when I needed to exchange, she went above and beyond! Using the new pods now for a while and am enjoying them. A helpful alternative

    I am uncertain that Smartpodz is legitimate. It has been 1 month since I ordered their product and I have not yet received it. I have communicated with the company via email; however, I have received delayed responses with vague answers, but nothing definitive. ******! I don’t know if I will ever receive the product; **** **** **** *** ***** ** ******* ********* *** ******** ********* *****
