    ******* *************** ********* ********** Had a door replaced in 2014 and in 2017 door has faded. Called them several times and 6 months later an employee came out, agreed it was faded. He said he will talk with the company and get in touch with us. Several, meaning 20x plus leaving messages nothing gets done. COVID hits nothing. Finally I went to the store February 2023. Receptionist states I can't find file..**** **** ** *** ****** * **** * ******* ** *** ********** She states someone will get in contact with you. Let's say 5 months later after numerous calls the Owner decides to show up. Tells me nothing is wrong with the door, he contraindicated himself after stating "someone could have taken chemicals to it!" Then proceeds to tell me there is no warranty, despite contacting them in 2017. ***** ******* *** *** **** ** ******* Then states someone came out for the hardware. **** **** **** *** ** **** ***** ******* ****** ** ****************** *** ******** ** **** **** *** ***** ****** ***** ******** ***** ** ***** ** ******** ******** **** *** *********

    ********** ******** ******** ****** ****** ****** **** ******** ***** Said 8-10 weeks for my doors it's been 7 months. They finally came in after I called 3 times. Didn't complete the job on the first day, got a call second day to say they'd be there in an hour. *** **** * **** * *** *** **** ** **** ** **** ******* ***** *** **** *** ******** Finally they put everything in just for them to forget my back screen door. I was told they were missing a part.....now need to come back a 3rd time. My trim is absolutely horrible with marks and damage, when I called I was told well thats what happens when you do construction.
