    Very happy with work done by Charlie! Answered all our questions about our bathroom sinks. Identified exactly were issues were and options to resolve them. When job was completed very happy how our sinks looked and functioned.. Work site was left as it was before job. Removed shoes when entering house without requesting, which we greatly appreciated.     Great service, I explained my situation and they made arrangements for same day. An old pipe burst and my basement flooded. The water was shut off so I had no access to water. Not even an hour later I received a call and they sent someone right away. Very professional and friendly. * ***** ********* *****

    Had issues with a toilet and needed a new push drain in an existing sink. Determined that the toilet needed replaced. This company quoted me almost $1,000.00 for LABOUR ONLY - I was going to have to buy the toilet, push drain myself and dispose of the old one. Had the job done by someone else - it took less than 90 minutes and he did extra work that wasn't included in the quote from these guys. All totaled $630.00, including new toilet and drain which was brought to my house, I didn't pick up anything! Or dispose of anything! So these guys thought I'd pay almost $700/hour for labour. Was it because I'm a woman, nearing retirement age? Or do they take advantage of everyone? ****** * ***** *************** *** **** ********** **** *********
