  Where do I start. I booked based off a ****** ad that states the hourly rate along with “No hidden fees”. Well. Firstly I confirmed for 9am, and when I called at 9:40 they said it was supposed to be for 9:30. I’m very meticulous with time so I’m going to say yes, they were late. Next, over the phone they confirmed $150 an hour during the first call, no minimums and no fees. Called a day before my move to tell me $150 an hour with a 4 hour minimum, no big deal. They show up, and somehow I get a $1,200 + HST bill. A bunch of random fees for mileage (not disclosed), appliances (they did disclose it would be $30/appliance of which I had 4 to be moved twice). Demanded money prior to leaving my house with a truck load of my stuff. Brought a truck that was too small so we had to do FIVE extra trips from welland to st Catharines to pick up everything they left. $1,200 and I end up moving a bunch of stuff on my own? Also left behind a wardrobe which I told them I had a **** wardrobe and they never told me they couldn’t move it/ that it needed to be disassembled. Never again. Oh, cherry on top- if anyone used these guys prior to June 30, I have a bag of your clothes and I contacted them to say I have a bag of someone’s belongings that aren’t mine and they didn’t even bother answering! ********** *************** I will say they did a lot of work however these fees NEED to be disclosed up front. What they did was completely unfair and to not even bring a big enough truck and to not offer to do a second trip to get the remainder of my things was insanity. Will never use again.

  **** ********** ** *** *** **** ******** I was quoted on the phone $130/hr with a 4 hour minimum. I asked them were there any other fees or such and was told no. I would only be charged for the hours used. The morning of, the mover wants to take payment up front and says since its a three bedroom house its going to be an 8 hour charge. They put me in a predicament since its literally the morning of the move. They also didn't move everything unless it was SEALED in a box. I had some larger children's items that they just didn't take, but wouldn't fit in a box due to the size. Also, they left behind the feet of the couch, which I had to bring later. They only took 3 hours to do the "whole" job. I asked him how I would get the money back on the last 4 hours and the mover said he quoted me 8 hours that morning and if I didn't like it, they would have left and given me my deposit back. I reminded him I was quoted by the hour and he said well its a 4 hour minimum PER TRUCK LOAD and it took two truck loads. I told him I was never quoted that, and he said I was (I wasn't obviously, otherwise I would've never gone with them). ***** ******** ********* ** ** *********
