    Excellent service from initial phone call to repair - prompt, friendly attention. Graham demonstrated obvious experience & skill, combined with a friendly, informative, helpful approach. So relieved we don’t have to replace our oven!

    We were very pleased when Sutton and Son repaired our dryer several years ago. I called them back to repair our ********** oven, and again we were very pleased with their service. Micky was very friendly, professional and respectful. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. Micky also provided an explanation regarding the components and how they work. Thank you Sutton and Son, you will be our go to appliance repair company moving forward.

    I needed service for a gas stove. Sutton's name was given to me by another repair place who did not service gas appliances.
    I contacted by phone and an appointment was arranged for 2 days later.
    Technician, Mickey, was very polite, and very quick to solve the problem. We were extremely pleased.
    If I ever have a gas problem again, I know to call Sutton & Sons and I know they'll do a great job.

    Emailed for a service call and Mike responded promptly. We spoke on the phone and he was so polite and knowledgeable. Service was set up for the next day. Graham came as per schedule and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He explained and showed me what to do if my leak happens again. He also answered questions about my other appliance's. Really appreciated both their knowledge and experience. The shocker was they had a part that other companies were out of stock for a year. I really appreciate both Mike and Graham. Thanks again for all your help

    We were extremely pleased with the Sutton's excellent service.
    It was a complicated and challenging process to install our built-in stove; however, Sutton proficiently and successfully made the installation.
