    Absolutely terrible experience. The cleaners were late, which is inconvenient but manageable. Multiple services that were paid for were not completed. The staff do not seem to be well-trained in upholstery care. I paid for minor stains in my couch to be cleaned and instead my couch was ruined—stains were spread and the fabric was completely pulled out. I contacted the company about this and they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing or compensate me for the couch that i now need to replace. ***** ********* **** ****** ******* ** **** ***** **** ******* *** *** ***** ******** **** *********
