      Placed order on November 28,2024. Received email confirmation of order. Nov 29th received email stating order shipped with no tracking number. Dec 02 sent email request for tracking confirmation, and received email with tracking on Dec 03. Received package today Dec 11 with only 1 out of 2 items. Been trying to call and email company all day no answer and no response. Called local number you have and the 1-800 number and still no answer. *** *** *** ******** *** * ******** **** ***** Disappointing to say the least and Christmas gifts ruined, just lovely

      Tried to put an online order through on 29-Nov-24. Would not accept my valid shipping address so used an alternate valid shipping address, again no luck. Contacted the company by phone to attempt to resolve the issue but nobody answers the phone, you just end up being on an endless hold. Even leaving a callback number, nobody calls. Tried the 800 number and the local number. Royal, *** ***** I don't know how you think this is a good way to run a business.

      I ordered from them, three items on Sept 27. All three items stated that they would ship in two days. On Oct 4, no notice of shipping, so I called them. Their response was that they had warehouse issues and my parts would go out the following week. On Oct 11, still no notice of shipment. I called again and was told that one of my items was not in stock but it was going to be in the following week and I should expect that my order would ship by end of week. On Oct 21, still no shipment. I asked what the issue was, my parts are not in stock was the answer. I requested a cancellation of the order. They said that they would do that but it would take 2-3 days to process the cancellation, but I should have my credit card credited by Oct 25. As of today, Oct 28, still no credit to my CC and my order still shows as pending. I spent an hour on hold waiting for a service rep to pick up, no success. I am now trying to have the charge on my CC reversed by my CC company. My card was charged $160.28 on Sept 28th. Royal Distributing is ******* *** * ***** unorganized *****, with very poor business practises. ** *** ***** **** **** ****** *** **** ** ** ****** ****

      **** **** ****** *** **** ******** ******** ******** **** ***** ************* **** ***** *** *** ****. ******** ******** *******  I ordered product online for the first time ever (was previously a walk-in customer when I lived closer). Ordered on Sep 28, 2024. Never received an email with a tracking number. Called them, waited forever on the line, finally got "BECCA" who gave me my tracking number. Product never arrived. Called back half a dozen times - spoke to Becca twice ****** ** ***** *** ***, Xavier (tried to get my order out before he went on vacay - didn't happen) and finally Claudette who insisted she will follow through************* Still nothing. Can't even get my money refunded. What the heck! No reputable business would EVER do this to ANYONE. I know, I am a retired business owner from the manufacturing sector - **** ** ******** ***** ** ************* *** **************  Today is October 15, 2024. Still no response for a resolution - refund. They charged my card on October 3, 2024. No product but they took $111.86 from me. ******* ** ******** * ***** *** ***** ******* *** ******** **** **** ****** ***** *** * ********* ** ******* *** ***** **** ****** ********  BY IGNORING MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND AFTER THIS AMOUNT OF TIME AND NOT GETTING IT DONE; **** ** ** **** ***** **** *** I ACCUSE THIS OWNERSHIP OF WITHHOLDING MY PURCHASE AND MY EQUITY - ********* ****** ** ******** **** ***** ***** **** ** ***** *** ****** ** ***** ********* * ***********

      ** *** *** **** **** ******* I was promised warranty when my product failed and paid return shipping, was told I was paid a refund but no one will take my calls or return emails, this company does not care about you. Worse customer experience ever * ** *** *** **** *******
