All sales are final. Although you may request to resell your ticket using our “Ticket Resale” option. There is no guarantee that your tickets will be resold. Simply log into your account and select re-sell my ticket. If this option is not available, please call 1-877-700-3130. No request or changes are to be made on your ticket, or refunds will be accepted after the event is completed, and/or you did not attend, unless otherwise stated by a Ticketwindow Inc. representative. Ticket Insurance is an option, and all claims must be taken care of by the insurance company. You should receive a separate email form the insurer, and Ticketwindow Inc is not involved in a claim.
In the event that a performance is either cancelled or postponed, Ticketwindow Inc. will make every effort to contact every patron via e-mail, time permitting. Refunds on a cancelled event will take 10 to 15 business days to process all refunds.
Refunds- In all instances when a ticket is refunded, only the face value and applicable taxes of the ticket is refunded. All service fees are non-refundable, as the services for those fees paid have been rendered.- Business Categories
