    I contacted Dumais at about 7:30am and explained that I suspected the torsion spring inside the garage was broken. He advised he would arrive before noon. He arrived at about 10:30am, assessed the situation and confirmed my suspicion that it was the torsion spring that broke. He replaced the torsion spring and re-assembled the side springs and the job was complete by 11am. I was very pleased with his work. I would call upon them again in the future if needed.

    We paid Michel to repair two of our doors. We paid him in advance as we could not be around for the repair. Unfortunate we paid him cash. They were never properly repaired and are very difficult to open. I have called/texted him about 9 times. He said he would come out but he never showed. All we want is to have the repaired (that we paid for) completed.
