    Disappointed with the service. A neighbor had replaced their back fence which included a very small portion of my back fence (18 inches). Our side fence was connected to the previous back fence (no post). When FenceScape replaced the back fence they undid our side fence but did not reconnect it afterwards. I was not aware that this is what they did. This winter the last portion of our side fence fell down as it wasn't anchored to anything. When we contacted FenceScape, they claimed that it was not their fault; they said our fence was 30 years old (not true, our side fence is 10 years old), they said that the post was old and rotten and had snapped (again not true, there never was a post). I would not recommend this fencing company to anyone.

    We replaced the back fence 2 years ago. The side fence was not connected to the fence we changed, it was anchored on a really old wood post. It is 2 years after our installation (2022) and what is happening is the wood side fence was anchored onto an older post. We never changed this post. Now the old post that the side fence is connected to is likely rotted at the base giving it no support. We do have video and pictures that were taken recently on site to support our argument. Our contract was to change the back fence which we did, we did not touch the side fence we did not disconnect it at any point. Its supported by and old post that has rotted its no fault of our own, wasn't part of our initial contract to change I feel this complaint is not justified. That said we are open to discussing a short term or a long term solution to this customers issue, but we cannot accept fault for something outside our scope of work or control.

    I was very pleased with Fencescape, They were very professional The fence was *************** on time which was very important to me because I had lost a big tree during the tornado and I had no privacy from my neighbour.I would highly recommend them ****
