    they do not deliver, they do not phone for directions or help.

    This is one of the worst delivery companies I have ever used. I live in the south end and almost every Muskoka delivery has been late, despite being placed on the truck that day or the day before. They will say, we werent home when they came (wrong) or the weather was bad (wrong). I wish I knew when ordering if they were the delivery company. I would cancel the order. Very poor service.
