      ** * ***** **** **** * ****** * ****** I picked out some fabric to redo an old love seat that needs work but has sentimental value. I had to wait 4mos for the fabric to come in which was to be expected as it was during the pandemic. Once it came in, I brought the love seat to them. Two years and 5 months later…. They haven’t touched it. They dodge our phone calls constantly. We made the 45min drive to Fergus repeatedly. Each time, they gave **** ** excuse, said they would call us back in x number of days and never did. Promised deadlines came and went. The pile of junk on top of the loveseat grew every time we came in. We finally picked it up, in worse condition than we had left it, and had our deposit returned. We asked for the fabric and they told us it was buried under other fabric and they were too busy to look for it. Clearly, our business wasn’t important enough for them.

      I am sorry this is how you feel. I regret that we never spoke to you directly but we did deal through your partner about your antique. We did communicate to your partner, soon after your piece was dropped off that we were unable to work on it due to the frame being rotted and broken and the of furniture was Beyond our ability to repair it in-house and would have to be sent out to Wood restoration specialist. It was your partner's choice to leave the piece with us knowing that we did not have a shop to send to but hoping we would find one for you. This was all communicated every time your partner came up and spoke with us. When you requested to pick up the piece and have your deposit returned. We offered to refund your card on the spot. Bud, the card was not available so we provided you a cheque. You did not have to wait for this refund. It was also communicated to your partner that we had purchased your fabric and would need some time to find it so you may purchase it. Instead, your partner chose to get The fabric information which we provided him with the supplier so he may purchase it elsewhere. I'm sorry we were not able to serve you.
