      After numerous attempts to notify them I would not be renewing my contract, I finally got an email acknowledging this, they are still sending me invoices and products despite the fact I was told my account was closed. I’ve been told on at least 10 occasions over 4 months I would get call backs from their actual company and received none. They also spent 6 months over billing me and didn’t want to get around to fixing it until I got notices about my account potentially going to collections. Terrible service, **** ******

      Terrible communication skills with management. My orders were always wrong and I canceled my order in mid 2023. I just received 2 bills recently 2024, no linen to leave or pick up (canceled last year) and I am having zero luck getting through to anyone!!!

      **** **** *** ******** ******* *** ***** **** **** ******** ********** ** lack of customer service. We are a small business and require linens for many of our procedures. Each week, we are missing towels, and or sheets. The driver never has any idea why or how to rectify. Constant phone calls to service to the point of utter frustration. No accountability and talks to customers in a **** and unprofessional manner. Would never recommend this company but am stuck in anther 5 year contract (that so conveniently rolled over for another 5 years with no discussion, small print on contract only).

      This company has added charges to my business's invoice without my authorization or consent. They've increased the quantity of linens without authorization or consent. They have charged double the amount of cleaning chemicals that we have received on a regular basis. More often than not, our invoice is *********** billed. These persistent billing errors are happening even with my clear communication on a weekly basis that they cannot continue. Now I wish to discontinue service with this company, and they are claiming that I am in a 5 year contract. I purchased a restaurant in an asset sale, and have no desire to be in a contract with them. Furthermore, if we had a contract, they are legally breaching it with a ridiculous amount of billing errors. It's gotten to the point where my manager will call head office to verify what we have received directly, and still we are billed incorrectly against our favour. With all of the billing errors, not even one of them has ever been in our favour. What are the odds that after literally 70 weeks of service and many, many, many billing errors that every single one of the errors benefited the company? This company is acting ************, and they are leaving me no choice but to seek legal remedies and punitive damage. Sure, when i catch the billing error, I get a credit for the mistake. But how many billing errors have I missed. The vast majority of the time that I check, there are ********** charges on the invoice.

      **** ******* ** ********. ** * ***** **** * ******** **** ****** * ***** I have been complaining about the service for months to no avail. Our technicians have gotten the wrong uniforms weekly, the badges and names on the uniforms have been wrong for months. I cannot send them on service calls because they have a different company logo on their uniforms. I then sent in a request to cancel months ago to which the "manager" Darren S. finally reached out and told me I was NOT ALLOWED to because I have to give them time to rectify their issues which still have not been done. He then told me I have to buy out the contract which I do not think is right considering I have not been getting what I have paid for, and being overbilled for things we were not getting, getting the wrong uniforms, wrong badges, etc. I do not mind buying them out to get them out of the business completely. * **** ****** ** * ******* ****** **** ******* ***** ********** *** ** ** ****** *** ****** **********. NOW being told that he doesn't have time to write up the buyout ** ** *** *** *** ***** ** **** **** ***** *** ***** **** **** ** *******. * ** *** ********* **** *******

      ***** ******** We are supposed to have 11 uniforms at least 5 a week. It has been years since I have got 5 in a week and most times not even pairs 1 shirt 2 pants or any combination . I complained and the guy said he would reset me so I have 11 and this week I got 1 set. I have never lost a set and never get the same back that I had put in the laundry the week before. Its every one at my company thats having issues. Apparently we have a contract and if we cancel our service we have to pay .       The linen service provided to our Ottawa, Ontario clinic has been substandard. Over a period of nine months, the clinic has received the full linen inventory only on two separate weeks. The remaining weeks have seen too many or too few linens delivered or even no linens delivered but always an invoice. The account manager consistently belittles and blames clinic staff when they contact him to resolve the issue. The account manager provides instructions to clinic staff to ensure accurate delivery which are followed however, those deliveries are still inaccurate and the he claims those instructions were never given. This includes changes to delivery schedules on long weekends. Calls, and recently emails, to the account manager occur weekly. Clinic staff have asked customer service representatives to speak with other personnel but are always transferred to the same account manager and receive the same poor treatment and service. The clinic requested that the service agreement be cancelled following the agreement conditions. At the request of the account manager, clinic staff detail all linens received and returned and submit these records weekly. Each week the account manager provides passive aggressive responses with insinuations that staff are unable to count. In a recent phone call, staff pressured the account manager to provide information about missing linen inventory, he hung up on them. The following week, only an invoice was found at the clinic. The account manager was contacted and notified of the missing linens. He said that he had photographs of the delivered linens. He then said that the clinic could purchase another inventory of linens at full charge however, the full charge could be waived if the clinic agrees to renew a 3-year contract. Clinic staff find these events to be highly suspicious and coercive. Why did he take photos on that day? Is it standard practice to take photos at each location? ** ** *** ********* ***** ******** **** ******** ******

      The worst company I have ever dealt with. Suppose to get 150 towels and 10 aprons every week. Not one week has this order been filled properly. This week I got 30 towels and 20 aprons . No one will return my calls. T*** ******* *** *** ******* *** ******** ****** ** **** ****
