They keep sending me an invoice claiming it is outstanding, and I send proof back to them it was paid to National Credit Recovery Inc. They submitted it to a new credit collection company, * * * *****, and I emailed them the proof of payment and letter of confirmation. I called **** and was told they had a major network outage and that they would update my account so that it would reflect the confirmed payment. To my surprise, on July 13, 2024, * * * ***** filed a claim with ******* with an invoice that had been paid 1 year & 4 months prior. So even though you pay them, and provide proof of payment, they find new collection agencies to take the invoice and argue with you that it is a new invoice, that it is outstanding, and that it needs payment ASAP. Now I have a paid invoice with the same amount, the same invoice number, and confirmation of payment in an email in my credit report with added interest. I don't believe they deserve a double payment *** ****** ** ******* ** ********** *** ****** ** *** ****** ** ********** ** *** *** ***** ******

I call and call and no answer. I email and email and get a standard response that does not answer my question. I paid an invoice nad than they took the amount from my bank. I asked for the refund and they said on its way. This was on Mar 29, 2024 and I still have not seen it. It was for over $2000. Now when I email the email address is not found. Phone # disconnected from my agent.and when I call the main office I got an individual who answered without a business greeting and when I asked about the company he hung up on me. Now I can't get through to take number anymore.

The business did help me get a substantial return from the government, but was not upfront at all about the 25% + fees they would charge afterwards, on my government refund. I only found out about these fees several days after my refund was deposited. I allocated this money to different accounts, including debt, etc. When the bill came from the national disability credit, there weren't enough funds available. I was able to pay them their fee, but there was an approximate $47 fee that they charge me because the funds weren't available. I have been attempting to contact them for weeks now, but each time their phone line is busy. I have emailed three separate representatives that I have been in contact with over the last number of months, and since I got my refund, any attempt to contact these three individuals has resulted in me getting a notification that the email address cannot be found. I am at my wit's end, and very frustrated with this company. I would recommend that any individual looking to apply for the disability credit do it on their own.

At first when I signed up with NDCA, I thought that they were quite helpful. They acted quickly and delivered on what they said, which I was grateful for. There was some instances of miscommunication between my physician and them but this was a minor annoyance. After this was settled, I waited for my check from the CRA. Of course once the check arrived I paid them their fee buy e-transfer in 3 instalments. They were trying to get me to pay their full fee based on their calculations of the pay out before I had received any confirmation or check from CRA. I told them that I wanted to see what the actual amount was before I made a payment. After some back and forth with them I agreed to send a partial payment now and the rest when I received the check, which was agreed upon. When the check arrived it was a smaller amount than they calculated. I contacted them to clarify their calculations, they found out the CRA had withheld an amount for tax purposes which the NDCA is not responsible for as is stated in their agreement. Again after some back and forth, I agreed to pay minus a very small amount of $12.93 which a certain individual told me not to worry about! I paid and thought the matter was settled until I received an out standing balance invoice for $12.93. So much for a kind gesture from them for such a small amount!! However, I sent them an e-transfer for that amount. 3 weeks later I received another invoice for a new amount which contained late fees. *** ****** *** **** **** ***** *** ***** ** ****** I tried to contact them several times about this but they blocked my e-mail response and would not answer my phone calls as if to keep adding late fees to get the balance higher **** ** * **** ** ** ***** ******* * ****** **** ********* ** ********** I have proof from my bank that the money was deposited!! * ** * ********** *** *** **** ** ****** ** ********* **** ***** * ****** **********

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent concerns. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Upon reviewing your file, we can confirm the following timeline: On October 5, 2023, we faxed the necessary forms to your doctor's office. Detailed cover letters were sent on October 6 and October 10, 2023. Our medical team subsequently learned that your appointment was rescheduled to January 10, 2024. On January 16, 2024, we attempted to follow up with your doctor's office but did not receive an update. During a subsequent conversation with you, we were informed that your appointment had been rescheduled again to March 8, 2024. On January 23, 2024, we faxed the cover letter and ***** form once more to the doctor's office. When we followed up on March 8, 2024, you informed us that the doctor had downloaded the form from the CRA website and completed it. We confirmed on March 19, 2024, that you had self-filed. Despite our team’s efforts and the detailed work involved, you opted to complete the process independently. As outlined in the client agreement, which includes a 25% fee for our services, you are still responsible for this fee. We also noted that communication from our team was blocked following these events. If you have any further questions or wish to discuss this matter, please contact us at our toll-free number: ###-###-####. We are here to assist you.

Hi *******. We apologize for the miscommunication. Our service fee is 25% of the amount we can get you back. However, we only charge you once we get you approved for the refunds. Without any approval, we won't invoice you at all. We can't find a record that matches your name and email though. If you can reach out to us and provide us with your case number, phone number, or email address associated with your application, we should be able to see what transpired. Thank you.

I have had a lot of ups and downs dealing with NDCA over the past few years with one worker named Kristine A. She was not a good person to deal with or get answers from. She would never return phone messages or reply to emails. She gave me the run around for the last 2.5 years withholding my payments when she said I was entitled to funds. She would only send reauthorization emails saying funds will be deposited in to my account and never was. I went 2years and 4 months without any payments and the last year with no word from her.

My first file they did they didn't summit my EI claim, which I have to pay $1258 for there mistake. My 2022 disability tax credit still is in process since May.14/23, if processed it'll pay for there $1258 mistake. No they are harassing me and my doctor for documents for filing from when I was diagnosed till being put in long term disability. This has already been refused by the CRA. I've been receiving emails telling me to go to another doctor and get them to file for and include these issues to get file approval. Seeing another doctor that doesn't know anything about my medical file, and telling to put this into the file is ***** to me and costs me $100. Where can I get help to correct this before taking it court.

They have sent me an invoice saying I got a refund on March 26 of 6771.44 and I now owe them 1777.50. That’s funny cause I have yet to see any refund what so ever. When I look on my cra account it says no information about any refund, in fact, it’s says it’s still processing my disability tax credit. I have talked to these people on multiple occasions and they cannot give me any straight answers. I emailed them today and they said they are not doing anything on my file until I pay them this money. I’m sorry but this company is a joke. I’d like to know where they think that I’m getting this money when none of the information hasn’t even been processed yet.

I have not received an email or phone call from you guys. The last time I talked to you guys you said you weren’t dealing with anymore stuff on my case until I paid you guys and that was coming from Rowena. I haven’t got anything from the government about any refund so I can’t pay you until I do.

Well I received an email all right. Threatening to take me to collections and legal actions. Still no explanation on where they came up with the date March 26 that I received this supposed refund when as of today the CRA is still processing my disability tax credit. They have been blocked from my account. I emailed them back and said that if they don’t quit harassing me that I will be speaking to my lawyer. I have no problem paying them when I see the proof that I am getting this refund. So far there is no such proof except for them saying that I SUPPOSEDLY got it on March 26, which that never happened. There is no such refund on my CRA account. This company is completely fraudulent and I hope no one has to suffer this kind of abuse.
