I don't have contract with Global payment since April 2024, I had a two years contract with them since April 07 2022 to April 07 2024. I want to switch to other company this month, so I called for cancellation on April 15, the man who picked up the phone call, told me someone will contact me, his name is ******* *******. I receive his email today, he wrote as following"According to our procedure, we need to apply a notice period of 45 days, nevertheless, if you would like to cancel immediately, we need to apply a cancellation fee of $600 (including administration fees and shipping fees) due to the non-respect of notice period." I called them today and ask why, the man who pick up the phone call said someone will contact me within 3-5 business days. I don't understand why I need to wait for at least 45 days to cancel the service, why they charge me $600 if I cancel the service now.

******** ***** ** * ******** Within a year their fees have gone up 350% claiming its due to new credit card fees. ********* *** *** ***** ******* **** **** ** ******** The get you by sending invoices with 10-12 pages with only 3 pages relavent to your current billing. The rest is redundant legal jargon which no cares to read . BUT every so often written in small font, no different than the rest they will add in a line that says BE ADVISED; fee increase for X by 0.12 % and Y for 0.38% etc etc One who reads it might not make anything of it, but 3 months, 6 months later when it kicks in, fees have doubled... for no reason really.. ****** **** *** * *****! Glad to pay 600$ to just close my account!!

      * **** *** **** *** ********* They sent us new debit machines without notice from current provider. Claiming we signed a 4 year contract. Which isn't true. **** **** ** *** ** ****** *** ********** We never signed said contract. The proof is had sent us the e-sign document 7 times. Which wasn't even opened. Now claim we need to pay something like $4800 to cancel service. Agents are terrible to deal with. Keep putting us in the phone loop of 4 different providers. **** **** ***

The worst customer service. I've been on hold for hours. It is completely unacceptable customer service. It is impossible to actually speak with somebody regarding our business statement. Maybe we all need to start paying cash. .

      Worst customer service EVER!

There have been many minor hiccups with this company over the last 4 years I have worked with them, and through the corrections of these errors we have learned that their customer service is absolutely appalling. Our case manager goes weeks between replies, will answer maybe the first question, and then ignores the rest of our concerns, and then even her superior does not respond when contacted. Currently, they have overcharged one of my staff for three months consecutively, and have not made any effort to apologise to her or even give us any details as to how, when, and how much, the refund will be.
