    Do not assume that Pro is the name is short for professional. It really means that they will cut you off in the middle of the process and not follow through with their professional obligations. They will ghost you.We contacted the company (PHS) in mid-December 2022, regarding a house renovation. *******************, the key guy, got back to ** and we scheduled a site meeting for January 4. We gave them our draft drawings of the work to be done. We heard nothing back from PHS for over 3 weeks, but finally got an email reply after some prompting on Jan 30. The delay was blamed on waiting for the kitchen designer to finish up. After another 2 weeks of no response, an email prompt on Feb 13 got a reply Im away from the office this week.If took until Feb 23 for **** to say he had done a quote and it was being reviewed. The next day **** sent an email with a statement of work, and an estimate, with some preliminary floor plans. We responded on Feb 27 with comments on the **** largely to provide clarity to the work. We met with **** and ******* at their office on Mar 8 to discuss to discuss the work. **** promised to send his engineer to the house to start sketches for a permit. (The engineer did not arrive, and has not to this date.) We spent the next several weeks working with ******* finalizing design options and colours. ******* is a professional. On Mar 24 we started to ask **** for updates on the project and on the engineer, but no reply. ******* also passed on our request - no response. After emails, text messages and telephone calls, and no response, we left a final message for **** on April *********************************** we would consider the deal broken and would pursue other contracts. Again, no response.I would no advise dealing with this company since you can waste weeks and weeks of your time with nothing to show.
