    I invested thousands of dollars for brand new windows for my house I experienced on of 2 bathroom windows that was a little short and doesn't close tightly with out playing around making sure it is completely closed The second issue was learning that customer service and getting service is lacking and that they just do not care Second window in my basement swings out when opened and the scissor tracks came right off the track which is broken and a cheap plastic system which is why it broke off the track Vanguard has a guy by the name of "PJ" and while explaining the issues and when I can expect repair told me that they are busy servicing others <> I don't doubt that with the crap they manufacture that they are very busy I shared my experience and hope that you find a better, more qualifying windows and doors manufacture My $17,000.00 meant nothing to this busy except lining PJ's pocket
