      TERRIBLE customer service. ** *** talk to Kevin *** ******** I asked basic information on installation. He won't give me the time of day to answer anyway questions after simple 2 emails asking for clarification. Their product is damaged and loose upon install and also other install issues form their "reputable" installer. I asked him to then provide up to 10 installers to verify how things are installed and he said the following: First of all my wrong name in the header which shows he's not detail oriented or paying attention and proceeded to say "Hi John (whose John), I'm not sure who you are, however you need a lesson is how to communicate! (yes wrote "is" instead of "in" wrong) It makes perfect sense why you've had a falling out with your installer. (Never said I had a falling out, only mentioned `I believe it was not installed properly and was asking for their guidelines which companies have.) Then finally says "This sounds like a "YOU Problem"! I've made my position clear, best of luck! If you want to deal with a-holes like this then order from them. I'll go back to ********* and ***** as they were much much nicer to deal with.
