  We decided on Eco Windows to replace 10 windows after 5 companies gave us quotes. We felt Eco gave us the best options at the best prices and a very reasonable timeline. I can’t say enough about **** and his installation crew. They were very professional and efficient as well as respectful and took pride in their work. Their attention to details exceeded my expectations. If I had more windows, I’d be calling them back. Highly recommend this company.

  What a great experience! Starting with ****** he was very helpful, answering our questions and explaining everything. Then ****** and his helper came and replaced all our windows and the patio door . Not only very professional but with CARE, ***** ** * **** ***** ***** ****. I was very pleased with the quality and efficiency ****** do business and I would absolutely recommend him. Thank you! **, and they cleaned after installation leaving the space spotless.

  Had a very pleasant experience with Echo Choice Windows and Doors with our windows replacement project. ****** and his team of installer’s were very professional and did an excellent job and made sure that they cleaned up our place before they left. Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the windows and patio door installed.Tony walked us through the whole process of making an informed decision about purchasing the windows and patio door and was there to answer all our questions and concerns.Lastly ********* from the office was wonderful to deal with and coordinated the scheduling of the installation and was there to answer any questions about the project. Overall we would highly recommend Echo Choice Windows and Doors to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors and we found them to be very reasonable in price.

  I feel it's too early to tell too much about the window as they were just installed. But this is our 2nd go with Eco Choice as originally we had 12 windows installed last year and then had to get another one due to a cracked window from the original owners. The one window looks great and we were impressed with the service from salesperson Joseph and the installers. I would definitely recommend Eco Choice!

  We recently had new home windows installed by Eco Choice Windows and Doors. From the initial sales process to the final installation—everything was outstanding. Our sales consultant Vern was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient and took the time to understand my needs both from a style and budget standpoint. He made the decision to go with Eco Choice an easy one. Secondly the installation team was punctual, professional, and respectful of my home. Andrii, Sergey and his team worked efficiently and made sure to clean up at the end of every day. Also a thank you to Stephanie for kindly being a liaison between me and the team. The new windows look great and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. I will 100% recommend Eco Choice to anyone looking to upgrade their windows.

  **AMAZING EXPERIENCE** We are new home owners and desperately needed some of our windows upgrading/fixed. After entertaining several companies, Eco Choice stood out amongst them all! It started with their sales rep Anthony, who was timely and accommodating with his home visit. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and came up with a plan that suited our needs. He was responsive when we had questions before confirming and was able to tweak the proposed design exactly the way we wanted. He also provided different payment options and informed us of government incentives we could take advantage of! Next we have the installation team. This is where the magic happened! Andrew and his crew were phenomenal! I was a very nervous home owner with this being our first big contractor renovation and he put my mind at ease! From preparing the space and being respectful of our floors and furniture to addressing a ***** rot situation they uncovered, straight through to the cleanup. They were a fantastic crew! I can't leave a company review without mentioning office staff! Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with! Any time I had questions about the installation, payments or the process afterwards, she was patient and attentive! The windows we went with were triple pane and you can really feel the difference they make! We were planning to put off the installation but are so happy we went with Eco Choice who made this process all the better! We will 100% be calling them back to do the rest of our windows and doors when the time comes. I cannot recommend them enough!

  We are impressed, to say the least! Making a major purchase to replace all the windows in our house and listening to competitors downplay brands and or materials made us a little nervous about making the correct decision. Only after they were installed did we know we had made a good choice. From the salesman's presentation and help in picking the correct design for each window. To the quality of the windows supplied and the installing crew's professional work, politeness, and cleanup.
