    Stahls Canada poor customer service. Lots of attitude when you ask questions. No respect for customer. Technical support has little knowledge for the machine I purchased. ******** *********. Spent over $2700. Nothing but problems from the machine and Stahls Canada. Totally frustrated with now where to go. *** *** ***** **

    I was inquiring about purchasing a ******** ********* vinyl cutter. I saw online that stahls offers a military discount. I am a retired Veteran. My sales person for Stahls stated Stahls Canada does not offer military discounts. After some emails back and forth the sales person said she would ask her manager. She never followed up. After a week I sent an email stating what no follow-up. Still no reply. I drove to Stahls Edmonton from Calgary Alberta 31/2 drive. * ** ** * ********** ******* *** * **** * *** ****. My intention was to buy a machine. When I arrived at Stahls Edmonton I was greeted with a locked door. I knocked and a person came to the door. I was told its not open for people to show up to buy stuff. I explained I had been communicating with a sales person there. The sales person came out and said it does not work this way. If I with to purchase something I have to do it online and it would be shipped. I asked so if I wanted to buy the machine I can't right now and leave with it. The sales person said she can try but I would have to pay for it and leave for a few hours for processing. Unbelievable 31/2 hours of driving and a sore back only to be told this is not the way it works to buy a $2700 machine. I waited outside for the order to be processed. Thier debt machine was not working. After standing around for hours finely I was able to get my machine. It was in a damaged box I was told it should be fine. If not let us know. I take the machine home played with it for about a week. It never cut properly. Tearing up corners wasting lots of time and vinyl. I adjusted and researched trying to fix the issue. I tried to contact Graphtec the manufacturer with no success I have to go through Stahls Canada. I contacted Stahls Canada only to be treated with no respect. Talked down to. No answers. I have sent photos and segestions but no positive results. Three days now with the tech at Stahls and no further ahead. I have forward you tube videos of adjustments for the machine because the tech had no idea about the adjustments. I am out tge price of tge machine $2700. My gas and time to go to Edmonton $150. Vinyl I have wasted $100. No price can be put on disrespect and talked down to.

    I was so socked when I spoke with the head boss at Stahls Canada on the phone. We was expressing hiw Stahls Canada did not offer any discounts to military. I pointed out all over the internet Stahls promotes military discounts. I was told that's Stahls US. US is more patriotic. Canada is not patriotic. That hurts I served my country as an Airborne medic to help Canada and everyone in it. Thanks for not appreciating my service.
