    Ordered various batches of cards for our security system. They sent me the most expensive card and upon troubleshooting, we found the cheaper cards worked and they refused to refund the expensive cards and we had to pay for all batches. No disclaimer about non-refundable cards. Very disappointing.

    Dear Mr. *******; We are so sorry you are unhappy. When you first reached out to us it was determined you were using an "Original" Manufacturer's card which retails in the $9.00 range. With some investigation we found you a custom "Compatible" card for 1/2 price. We quoted and you accepted the quote. Upon receiving the cards you advised to our astonishment they did not work? You then sent us another list of similar cards that will work and we sent more cards to you for testing. You advised to our astonishment they did not work either? Then you said "This has really turned into a problem for us and we need a resolution". And you also said "Please provide an update. This is impacting visitors to our site". Thus, we had no choice but to send you a quote for the "expensive original" cards. We quoted and you accepted the quote. When the new cards were received you replied the following; Hi All, I have an update. The new cards still did not work. However, we called in the individual who helped set up and commission our security system and it turns out we had a network issue that was interrupting communication between our key cards and the readers themselves. As a result, we are now up and running again which is fantastic. And the best part is the original cards we orders, ******-***** work. So we will keep these as we have issued these to our new staff who have been waiting for access cards. I would like to return the latest batch of cards: ******** ** ********* ***** quantity 100 (Card range ***** * *****, and range ***** * *****). Please confirm you can process the refund of $1,066.16 and I will have my shipper send these cards back immediately. Thank you, ****** ****** ******** **** **** * ***** ********* ******** At this time Mr. ******* you advised that all of the 'Custom" cards we sent worked. All of them. And in fact the problem all along that took from July to December to solve was on your end. And you advised that you wish to return the custom cards that work fine in your system for us to discard in the trash because your system was at fault? We are truly sorry you feel that way. Mr. *******, on our website it clearly states the following; Return Policy 30 Day Money Back Guarantee We want you to be happy with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your stock purchase items you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot offer a Money Back Guarantee on open, used, custom made items, special orders, web orders or any printers. Once again ****** we are happy for you that the problem was solved. But we state quite clearly there cannot be a refund on custom made product if the product works in your system. We do appreciate your business and we would hope that you would appreciate that we worked very, very hard for six months to detect why our custom cards did not work in your system when in fact in your words "and it turns out we had a network issue that was interrupting communication between our key cards and the readers themselves".
