    I have been waiting over 1 year for your warranty repair team to complete repairs for my hardwood that has been bubbling up quite a bit, this is a Safety Hazard and my tenant has been constantly complaining about this. The lack of accountability, and communication is ridiculous. If this isn't resolved by end of September I will be taking legal action.

    One of the worst developers and companies in Canada. From an ethical and professional perspective, they do not care about the laws ***** ****** *** ******* and do not care about their reputation ******* ******* ***** *** ***********. I wish I had known what I know now when I purchased back in 2017. ********** *** *** ***** ******** **** ***** *** **** **** Pemberton has a reputation for cutting corners, being extremely cheap, false renderings and making occupants life a living **** during occupancy. Want someone to barge into your unit unannounced while you sleep? You have come to the right place. Want fire alarms to be ringing non stop from 8am to 5pm even on weekends? You will love it here. Want deficiencies to be addressed in as long as possible of a duration as imaginable? Pemberton wins again. Want to come live in a place that was absolutely not ready for occupants? Buy Pemberton if you want to throw money, peace of mind and any faith in humanity away. ***** ** *** ******** * **** ******

    My unit at Time and Space, Pemberton's newest development, had its occupancy closing while in poor condition. Among other things, my PDI form noted missing appliances, vent covers, and upgrades, as well as damaged doors, floors, glass, and walls. The builder noted that they plan to respond to all deficiencies within 120 days after receipt of the 30 day Tarion warranty form. I'm a few weeks into occupancy and the builder has not completed an occupancy cleaning of the unit nor addressed anything on my PDI form. Future buyers should note this instance of the builder not delivering a quality, substantially complete product at occupancy and instead working only to the minimum standards under the relevant legal framework for the City of Toronto.
