    We had a very disappointing experience with ***. We had used his services years ago and had no problem. This time he showed up late, had forgotten to order scaffolding for the job, so decided he would do it with ladders. he spent two days here and only worked 8 hours during this time. Finally he removed the stucco from the ceiling and then decided to walk off the job. We were left with the ceiling needing to be skimmed, sanded and finished and the walls to be painted. So we had to try and find someone who would come in and clean up this mess. For these 8 hours of work he took over half of the money for the entire job even though he'd only done at best 1/3 and refused to refund the portion that he had not completed.
