  I would never hire ********* again, they over charge me, for about 2 hrs of work the company charge me 5.197.99 and the report that they gave me did not mach to my description. For the fist hr the plumber used electric ill, which it cause the sewer water to come in my basement even more. He spend 45 minutes playing with it , and took him 15 minutes to clean his tool. That is one hr of work in total. Then they call Vac Trcuk to vacuum the mess that he caused. which took them less then hr. So in total that was 2hrs of work for 5.200$

  Client called us with an emergency call. Customers sewer was backing up into home. Toilet was already pulled.Used electric eel to try and clear blockage. Sewer started backing up into home more. Enormous amount of baby wipes came through with sewage into home. Our employees were covered in sanitary sewer waste.We returned at 5pm with Vac truck to clean out 4" of sewer water from basement. Sanitary clean up.Following day:Called township on client's behalf and asked them for an emergency check on sewer.Arranged for Township to come out and clean sewer from their ******** came in and advised that the city sewer was filled with baby wipes. Township took care of clearing out the city sewer on their side and confirmed with homeowner that they were now able to flush their toilets.Once basement is cleaned client said will call Plumb Tech to install back water valve to prevent sewer from backing up into home again.

  I would not use Plumb Tech again. I found his price to be about 3 times the average comapared to reputable plumbers in my area . From my personal experience I would never recommend this company . His attitude is poor and very confrontational. Told me offa d hung up after I called back

  Good afternoon We did a emergency call on Sunday morning 7:00 am. Had to clear the customers sewer backing up into the home, cleared the blockage and ran the Underground camera, obviously emergency rates were applied, customer called my office and was belligerent and rude, we will not be bullied by anyone.Please read all our positive reviews online Going on 27 years in business, and do not appreciate this type of behaviour from a customer, I stand behind my decision Kind regards *** Reimneitz

  Purchased a home in *******. Planned a new bathroom in the basement, looked for a plumber to install plumbing below the cement floor. Picked out Plumb Tech from ******. First contact with Plumb Tech was on July 16/2024, asked to receive a quote to complete the plumbing. Met to lay out my plan for the new bathroom.Was told framed walls required before starting, a quote would be sent out. So I worked to complete the framing. Contacted Plumb Tech to inform them the framing was complete and again asked for a quote. To this day Sept. 29th I have never received the quote!While waiting for the quote for the basement bathroom, my hot water tank started to leak on the floor. Since I thought Plumb Tech and I would be doing business, I reached out to them to see if they do gas work and could change out my hot water tank. (would need a gas tag for the insurance) Yes, they do gas and would have men in the next day to install a new hot water tank. They asked for pics of our current hot water tank information. I assumed this would be to replace with the same model, to make the replacement easy.Upon arrival they had a totally different hot water tank. This created extra work to install. The gas line was now to long and had to be replaced. They did not have any gas line in there van and had to go out and pick some up. It quickly became very clear the tech did not even know how to install this type of flex gas line, after many attempts had to call to find out how to install. Never received a GAS TAG!!! I wonder why? I have heard rumors!!After 4 hours to change the tank, received a bill for $2,991.11. I was outraged at this charge. Reached out to *** the owner, to ask if a mistake was make to the invoice. Was told no, it was accurate, after discussing this charge, we agreed to a $500.00 refund. Was told a reference number would be sent to show the refund to my credit card. THIS NEVER HAPPENED!!VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS.. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY..save yourself Money and Time!

  My husband and I are new to the area and we had a major issue with our sewer line, we had raw sewage in our back yard under the deck.I called plumb tech they came out did an assessment and told me what to expect timeline and approximately the cost! *** the owner was awesome answered all my questions never unreachable and showed patience and understanding how anxious I was feeling!! His team was fantastic organized and cleaned up after themselves and again very approachable with our questions. Moving to a new town and this happening was very upsetting but company service like we got reassured us we made the right choice. I would highly recommend plumb tech for all your plumbing needs as well as great customer service we can never say thanks *** for everything and the support you showed us.

  Cudos to Plumb Tech for over charging. When I asked for a break down on pricing I was told "we price for the job." $3 HOURS LABOUR ... APRROX $200 IN MATERIALS... AND $2,000 Bill. That is $500.00 dollar an hour. If you use them expect a subjective price to be pulled out of thin air. Only company I know that does not use a shop rate. I was lead to believe it was a difficult job if it can even be done. Told up front it was going to be 2k. I assumed it was going to be hard job.... might include overtime. I was under pressure to accept as previous plumber was no show. They did get me out of a jam. But once the dry wall came off it was an easy enough to do job. If it wasn't in a condo where licensed plumbers have to do the work as layman I would have done it myself. I asked for a break down on pricing. I was refused. I was told "you're just upset because we did the job fast." My reply "no... I'm upset cause you took advantage of the situation and made the job sound difficult when it wasn't." The job consisted of 6 feet of flex pipe for hot/cold. Drain pipe approx 6'. Shuts off .... wall recess for washer drier. Hook into existing plumbing through bathroom wall. My basic takes away.. . Quality work... professional plumbing company.... but unethical pricing, undue pressure on customer. Only time in my life that i received an invoice with just the total. You live and learn. I would not recommend tbhs company unless you have deep pockets. My biggest regret is not looking at the reviews where people hit 1 star before calling.. Cause their experience is pretty accurate to mine. After leaving a review on ****** *** respond by saying plumber's were there a full day. He lied. They were there 3- 3,5 hours. Plumbers arrived after 12. Began work at 12:30. They finished by 3:30 pm. He also also phoned irate at my review and accused me of slander. Then he turns around and lies? ***** *** ***** ******** ** ********* *** *** **** *** ******** ** ****** *** **** *******

  My parents called Plumb tech to fix their leaking toilet. They did a great job and it only took 1 hour. They replaced the $5 gasket and only charged them $700. ************* Who is worth $700 an hour? Lets take advantage of old people.***********************************
