    We hired ***** **********, owner of 'Bath Install' to do a number of upgrades to our home in 2021 and work commenced well but we were left with renovation woes. He and his employee took very little precaution to protect our flooring that was not being replaced. This resulted in many dents & scratches to our hardwood floor and permanent stains from oil/chemical drips when stipple was scraped from ceiling. We live with the hardwood but did have to replace the carpets at our expense. We also had kitchen sink drainage issues that ***** attempted to rectify but left that problem unresolved. His lack of plumbing knowledge should have prompted him to call a plumber, which we did ourselves after a few months and he was no longer making any initiative to help us out. The problem was solved in a matter of minutes after the plumber advised us of the problem. The major issue we had, and a big expense for us was vinyl flooring separations. ***** did make an effort to rectify but after well over a year and lots of promises and excuses, we finely gave up and had the floor replaced again at our expense. This could have been prevented if ***** and/or his employee had read instructions on packaging before installation. Bath Install definitely did not follow through with satisfaction guaranteed as advertised on their web site.
