    I used the services of the above in October 2024, I, sadly, am an ignorant consumer because while they performed a Home Inspection, and because there were boxes filed against the north wall of the basement a crack in the foundation and mold and mildew were not discovered in time to enable me to make a decision about the purchase of this house at ************** in ********I am told that because of their industry guidelines and BUYER BEWARE, I cannot even sue them.I am behind $27k to fix the basement so I can sell it in good conscience and I will be suing the other persons involved in selling me this lemon.What good is the Home Inspection industry if it can so easily ****** and mislead an unsuspecting buyer.Perhaps the legislation surrounding this industry needs to be addressed.I do NOT ever recommend this home inspector and I will change how I utilize them again in future IF INDEED I DO.
