    I had better windows do my house years ago including the patio door . Great job…. Then years later the strike plate broke and i went there and told them and they ordered me the exact part in days. In the meantime i explained this door leads to a pool and it needed to be locked for security reasons . The lady went back to the warehouse and got me something for a temporary fix. Totally satisfied Thank you ***** *** *****

    Had a great experience from start to finish. Was originally discouraged as I had to be on a wait list to get a quote, however that wasn't long. The salesman, David, was great to work with. He was patient and expressed some hesitation with my selections (which was fine playing devil's advocate). I designed a unique one of a kind door with several low option features and it looks great. The door is massive yet doesn't seem like an oversized door in the space. It makes me smile each time I walk past it. Highly recommend!
