    We take all feedback very seriously and are disappointed to hear about your concerns. Our scratch cards are completely legitimate and individuals do in fact receive real prizes. All promotions are clearly outlined in our terms and conditions on the back of the card and we ensure full transparency.
    A purchase is never required to claim a valid prize and any promotional discounts offered by our company are completely legitimate. If you have any specific concerns or believe there was a misunderstanding, we encourage you to reach out to our management team directly so we can address the issue.
