    Dylan, of Skedaddle (*********) came to my house today to check whether squirrels had entered the attic, and he also identified where mice were definitely getting into the house.
    He pointed out that a wildlife removal company that had put a one-way door on one of the exterior doors (that squirrels could use to exit the house but not to go back in) had been left there, though it should have been taken away. Over time, the door had likely deteriorated so that squirrels could get back into the house.
    Dylan did not push me to hire Skedaddle to remedy these problems. Instead, he suggested that I hire a carpenter to block off the holes where the mice were getting in and that I hire either a carpenter or the other wildlife company to take away the one-way squirrel door and block off the hole that the door had covered.
    This will save me a lot of money. Kudos to Dylan!
