    ********************* ***** **** *** ****** *** ***** *** * *** ****** ** *********** ***** *** * **** I thought ***** **** *** * ******** *** ***** ******** ******** their online course would be good. Unfortunately, the class was just two PDF files for $100.00. *** *** *** * ******* *** ***** *** **** ** ****** *** ******* **** ************ * ** ****** * *** ****** *** ****** ******** I would expect to at least see CPR demonstrated in a video. This is not the case. I had wrongly assumed an online course would be via a web interface, have videos, and the exam would be online. Their online pet CPR course consists of two PDF files. One being a test that needs to sent back via email. This is 2024, not 2002. Lastly, the files were only sent to me when I contacted them after paying, letting them know I had not received any course materials from them. I also received numerous calendar invites with specific times for a self paced course. Save-A-Life First Aid & CPR could have been more informative, helpful and have refused to refund me. *** ******* **** ** ** *** **** **** ****** ***** *** **** ****** *** ****** ** *********** ***** *** * **** ******** *****
