    Matthew and his team started a job in our home. He was paid for materials, excavating, and multiple other tasks.
    He was to secure building and zoning permits. He told us that he had them in hand and it turned out to be a ***. We attempted to recover 54,000. Dollars of our over 80,00 we paid him. He refused to return our money, I have bank drafts to prove these monies were extended. We used an investigator to try to recover what we could, however, the crown said that we could not prove intent to fraud. It never went to court. ** **** ******* ** ******** ***** ****** *** *** ** * ******** ******
