      My 10x8 carpet was left on my front porch in a clear bag it was rolled so uneven I had to unroll it in my room to roll it back up straight and then roll it back out in the room I called to let him know that it just looked like he didn’t care about my time or his quality of work. He did not take this criticism very well and went off on me telling me how ridiculous this was and that he didn’t need me as a customer so don’t pay after that he sent me several text messages telling me he didn’t need my business and that he would donate my job to his charity account however he will not sending me invoices

      Mr. ******** was looking for a reason not to pay, I told him in the 13 years of cleaning area rugs, I never had someone complain about how an area rug was rolled. All rugs are rolled the same way for shipping by a rolling machine. The rug was left on his front porch with his approval. The rug was wrapped in protective wrap and we made sure it was put under his front porch over hang. I told him I don't need customers that don't want to pay for my services and have sent him invoices through email. I

      He has now threatened to send me to collections, I have his text messages please see below what he sent me From Carpet Master “If you are so unhappy and stressed about the way its rolled, don’t pay” second text “Customers like you i don’t need” my response “Your response tells it all my friend if you don’t need my me don’t invoice me” his response “It’s up to you if you want to pay or not” my response “ Don’t put that on me . If you don’t want me as a customer don’t invoice me.” He responded “I did a service for you and it’s up to you to pay. My policy if you’re unhappy with our service then don’t pay.” So given this I am unhappy with the service and will not be paying as he as suggested I would like him to stop the ********* emails and threatening collection notices.
