      They did not provide the service that i was promised and it is more expensive that is written on the contract. ***********
      I was sold same tv channels that i had with **** for cheaper and after installation i saw that i did not have the same channels, some are not even available with cogeco and they charged me extra(not mentionned on written contract) for some sport channel that i had with ****.
      The installation technician did not connect one tv and did not give me the wifi password.

      Waited on hold for an hour and 19 minutes to speak to someone. Representative offered a $30 credit for the inconvenience. When asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor refused to take my call and said that "$20 credit is more than enough." **********************

      I just got informed that our internet package will cost $6. More each month. Seems like they are trying to do their part to fuel inflation. Time to start looking at alternatives.

      PRICE jacked up a month after I signed 2 year "contract"...Trying to cancel and put on hold by ****** worker for nearly 2 hours, then phone was hung up on me! HOW CAN YOU CANCEL IF THEY WON,T TAKE YOUR CALL???? *************************************************************** *****************
