"I’m seeking a refund back to my credit card. I purchase a round trip ticket of $338 from Toronto to Buffalo, Newyork and 3days after, my schedule changed and I tried to cancel my ticket as my appointed time of travel is one month away (23rd December 2023)I submitted the booking cancellation and got an email stating my refund is half amount of $179 and it would be issued as a voucher and the voucher last till December 2024." ...
