    Horrified to find our home had been infested with bedbugs. The owner of Progressive calmed us down and helped us prep for removal. Bedbugs were exterminated and did not return. If you even suspect you've got bedbugs, have Progressive do an inspection, it's worth the peace of mind. They will also have suggestions to avoid bringing bedbugs into your home in the first place. Oh, and if a family member says they can d.i.y. with off the shelf products, kindly tell them no. You'll only waste money, stink up the house with chemicals, and stress yourself out when you find the sneaky bugs hiding in your curtains... gross. Call the professionals.
